Do you want to make a real difference by supporting young people to thrive beyond care. You will be supporting young people as they transition into independence and adulthood. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a relational, strengths-based service focused on making a meaningful difference.

As a Personal Advisor, you will:

Develop trusting, consistent relationships with care leavers aged 16-25.

Provide practical and emotional support to enable independence.

Lead on Pathway Planning, ensuring plans are realistic, aspirational and regularly reviewed.

Support young people with education, employment, accommodation and life skills. Work in partnership with families, carers and multi-agency professionals.

Advocate for young people and ensure their voice is central to planning.

You will play a key role in ensuring that young people feel supported, listened to and empowered as they move into adulthood.

Has experience working with vulnerable young people or care leavers Is committed to a relationship-based, trauma-informed approach Is resilient, creative and able to engage young people who may be reluctant to work with services.

Has strong communication and multi-agency working skills.

Can effectively manage risk while maintaining a strengths-based focus.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about improving outcomes and ensuring young people feel valued as individuals.
