Personal Advisor - Leaving Care Service Every young person deserves someone in their corner. Join Oxfordshire County Council's Children We Care For and Leaving Care Service and help care-experienced young people build successful and independent futures. As a Personal Advisor, you will support young people aged 16 to 25 as they navigate the transition from care into adulthood, providing guidance, advocacy and practical support at every stage of their journey. You will develop trusted relationships with young people, working alongside them to create and review Pathway Plans that reflect their ambitions, goals and aspirations. Supporting a varied caseload, you will help young people access suitable accommodation, education, employment, training opportunities, financial support and health services, while promoting independence and resilience. Working collaboratively with partner agencies, housing providers, educational establishments and health professionals, you will ensure young people, As a Personal Advisor, you will support care-experienced young people aged 16 to 25 as they move towards independent adulthood.
