Peripatetic Wellbeing Advisor

ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Peripatetic Wellbeing Advisor! Do you have a health care background or are you a registered nurse looking to develop your career with an award winning, forward-thinking charity? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Peripatetic Wellbeing Advisor to join our team based at our Head Office in Coventry. As a dual-function role, the post holder will support both the Student Support service across locations and provide relief cover for the Wellbeing Advisory Service in the Midlands and Southwest. Role Details Role: Peripatetic Wellbeing Advisor Hours: 22.5 hours (3 days per week) Job type: Permanent/Part-time Salary: £19,305 £21,645pa (£32,175 - £36,075 FTE) The role is to support the wellbeing service: Providing operational wellbeing support to ensure continuity of resident services. Carrying out baseline assessments for residents prior to re-locating and resilience assessments to maintain and support their overall health. Health
promotion targeted at key reported health conditions. In addition, the post holder will offer ad hoc support to student placements when working within services. Key Duties: Wellbeing Advisor Responsibilities: Provide relief cover for Wellbeing Advisor roles across designated locations. Ensure continuity of wellbeing services during staff absence or service need. Work collaboratively with location teams to support a positive move in process for potential residents Support wellbeing activities and resident engagement. Ensure continuity of services. Student Placement Support: Carry out initial online induction with students as required. About you: Relevant health/social care qualification. Experience of supporting students during placement. Competent IT skills for documentation and communication. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners (e.g. Health care professionals/HEIs).
