Peripatetic Manager - Children's Residential

Working across multiple homes, you'll provide hands-on support, lead service improvements, mentor Registered Managers and help teams overcome challenges. If you're looking to move beyond the responsibilities of a single home and develop your operational leadership experience, this could be the perfect next step. You'll be the go-to leader for services requiring additional support, guidance or improvement, working closely with home managers to raise standards, strengthen compliance and deliver exceptional outcomes for young people What you'll be doing:

• Provide interim management support across children's residential homes
• Lead services to deliver safe, high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people
• Support Ofsted compliance, inspections and service improvement plans
• Coach and develop Registered Managers and care teams
• Drive safeguarding excellence and quality assurance standards
• Oversee staffing, performance management, training and recruitment
• Manage budgets and operational performance across assigned services
  
  Experienced leader within children's residential care
• A Level 5 Qualification in Children & Young People
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
• Able to coach and support Registered Managers to achieve excellence
• Experienced in audits, compliance and continuous improvement
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and resources
• Flexible to step into home leadership roles when required
• Passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for young people
  
  Salary - up to £60,000
• Bonus Scheme - 21% of your annual salary
