Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Peripatetic Coordinator in our peripatetic service.

To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering a quality service.
To ensure individuals are treat with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards., This full-time permanent position will lead a team to deliver a high quality care & Support to the most vunerable people of our district, meeting their needs, and promoting person centred care at every opportunity., In accordance with the Council Probation Procedure, this post is subject to a 6-month Probationary Period.

Fluency Duty

To comply with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), public facing roles will be subject to the Fluency Duty.

Are you passionate about making a difference to our citizens and the district that they reside in? Then, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team., GCSE Grades D-G/Functional Skills L1 in Maths & English Language
Level 2 Qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent in relevant field
Requirement to undertake relevant qualifications for the position, on completion of 6 month probationary period.
