PERFOMRING ARTS CENTRE TECHNICAL MANAGER
Oswestry School is proud to announce the future opening of our brand-new, £1.5 million Performing Arts Centre. As one of the oldest independent schools in the country, we are blending our rich heritage with a state-of-the-art facility designed to inspire our pupils and serve our local community.
We are seeking a part-time (18 hours per week, full year) Technical Manager who is a dynamic, professional, and forward-thinking individual to bring this space to life with a passion for mentorship. You will be the backbone of our productions. managing a high-spec rig, supporting the academic curriculum, and leading our "Student Tech Crew," providing pupils with hands-on vocational training and the opportunity to gain technical theatre qualifications.
We are seeing a professional who refuses to compromise on standards and understands that while teaching is our core business, the Performing Arts Centre is a bridge to the wider world. You are comfortable working in a vibrant school environment and are committed to the safeguarding and development of young people.
