Performance Specialist

Drive performance and scalability: Re-architect and optimize critical platform functionality to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure strong system performance and scalability in cloud-native, global finance trading & collateral solutions.
- Performance testing and analysis: Lead performance testing initiatives, investigate system limitations, and implement both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.
- Platform enhancement: Contribute to the architectural evolution and functional roadmap of the platform to meet strategic goals and market demands.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior architects, product development management, and cross-functional Scrum teams, taking ownership of key technical initiatives.
- Technical development: Develop enterprise-grade financial solutions using Java SE/JEE, TypeScript, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, and other modern technologies.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration with open APIs, web front-end (Angular, Observables, Redux), and Identity & Access Management systems (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO).
- Agile environment: Operate in a distributed, global Agile development environment, following test-driven development practices.
- Client focus: Support platforms serving over 200+ global financial institutions and adapt to evolving industry needs.
- Continuous improvement: Engage in adapting and integrating open-source frameworks, and leverage tools like Kubernetes/OpenShift for deployment.

Communication & leadership: Exhibit strong communication skills, fluency in English, team orientation, and willingness to take responsibility.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Integration Frameworks/Patterns (e.g., Apache Camel)
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
