Hybrid: We welcome applications from those looking for hybrid working, based 2 days (Monday & Tuesday) per week in our Handforth Office.,
- Lead, coach and develop a team of digital marketing specialists across PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Affiliates.
- Create and deliver a multi-channel acquisition strategy that drives traffic, conversion and profitable growth.
- Align channel activity with trading priorities, promotional events and wider marketing campaigns.
- Own and optimise digital marketing budgets, ensuring investment delivers strong commercial returns.
- Monitor channel performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer acquisition and revenue.
- Oversee the delivery of integrated digital campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, messaging and execution.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture through audience segmentation, personalisation and conversion optimisation initiatives.
- Explore new channels, technologies and marketing opportunities to drive innovation and future growth.
- Partner with Data and Technology teams to enhance marketing capabilities, automation and measurement.
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring clear objectives, strong performance and value for money.
- Deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to stakeholders, using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Build strong relationships across Ecommerce, Trading, CRM, Finance and Marketing to drive joined-up business outcomes.
You're an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of driving profitable online growth within a retail environment. Comfortable operating across multiple acquisition channels, you'll bring deep expertise in PPC and Paid Social, alongside a solid understanding of SEO, Affiliates and the wider digital marketing landscape. You'll have experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to coach, support and inspire channel specialists to deliver against ambitious commercial objectives. Equally comfortable in the detail and the bigger picture, you'll use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimise performance and help shape channel strategy. You'll be confident managing marketing budgets, making day-to-day optimisation decisions, and balancing short-term trading priorities with longer-term growth opportunities. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you'll work closely with teams across Ecommerce, Trading, CRM, Data & Insights, Finance and external agency partners to deliver joined-up acquisition plans. Most importantly, you'll be commercially minded, curious and adaptable, with the confidence to challenge constructively, embrace new technologies and continually seek ways to improve performance, efficiency and customer acquisition., You'll bring strong hands-on experience across performance marketing channels, with deep expertise in PPC and Paid Social, alongside a good understanding of channels such as SEO, Display and Affiliates. You'll know how to use different channels together to drive customer acquisition, engagement and commercial performance. You'll have experience managing multi-million-pound marketing budgets, using data and insight to optimise performance, identify new opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Naturally analytical, you're comfortable interpreting complex data, turning it into actionable recommendations, and confidently presenting your ideas to stakeholders. You'll also be an experienced people manager, with a passion for leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams. Whether coaching specialists, influencing Directors and senior leaders, or working with external agency partners, you'll bring excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Most importantly, you'll be curious, proactive and commercially aware, combining a hands-on approach to performance optimisation with the ability to contribute to longer-term acquisition strategy and growth plans.
