Full Job Description

We're looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of our US paid media activity and help drive the next stage of growth for Golfbreaks in North America (role based in the Windsor UK office). You'll manage campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and TikTok, working closely with internal teams and agency partners to identify opportunities, test new ideas and improve return on investment. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Senior SEO & Content Manager to improve the customer user journey, increase brand awareness, provide insight to better optimise our marketing channels, reduce organic cannibalisation, and ultimately drive more ROI., Paid Strategy Support:

  • Help develop the PPC strategy for the US market with support from an external agency and the Performance Marketing Manager, identifying opportunities across search, social, automation, audience targeting and emerging ad products.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns for the US business across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities, improve efficiency and maximise incremental revenue growth.
  • Create performance forecasts and budget plans based on YoY data, industry trends, competitor activity, and wider business goals.
  • Work closely with our partner agency, utilising consultancy to assist with account audits, strategies, and generating new test ideas.
  • Paid Campaign Management:
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and TikTok, leveraging automation, smart bidding and audience signals to maximise performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to optimise paid performance.
  • Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, landing pages and campaign settings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Update PPC ads to be in line with the website content for a consistent user journey.
  • Work closely with our Digital Analyst to refine audience strategies, improve customer acquisition efficiency and maximise the value of first-party data.
  • Work with our in-house Design Team to develop and test new creative concepts across Paid Social, Demand Gen and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders in the business (Sales, Digital, Product) to understand business objectives and achieve desired goals.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Provide regular performance reports for paid channels to help inform day-to-day management and update business stakeholders on performance.
  • Confidently use specialist tools and applications such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics. Prior experience using Contentsquare, Botify, and Salesforce reports is also beneficial, but full training will be provided.
  • Monitor performance against growth targets, using attribution and customer insights to identify opportunities. Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • SEO:
  • Work closely with the Senior SEO Manager to ensure PPC and SEO strategies are aligned.
  • Develop strategies to minimize PPC cannibalisation and maximize overall search visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

    Essential
  • 3+ years of experience working across several digital channels, specifically Paid Search/Paid Social
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft campaigns
  • Experience working with automated bidding strategies and machine-learning driven campaign types such as Performance Max or Demand Gen.
  • Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Positive, adaptable, and accountable with a strong professional approach.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Takes ownership, communicates clearly and enjoys solving problems
  • Desirable
  • Experience in golf, travel, ecommerce or lead generation
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
