Performance Marketing Analyst

BWHC is on a significant data and insight transformation journey, and this Senior Analyst role will play a critical part in shaping how we leverage data across the business. The successful candidate will help build the insight capability, mindset, and stakeholder confidence needed to use data more effectively and drive meaningful, measurable change at scale. Acting as an Insights and Analytics Business Partner to our Marketing and Digital teams, you will transform complex customer and channel data into actionable insights that drive performance across CRM, digital, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness. You will also serve as the Data Product Owner for marketing and digital analytics, partnering closely with stakeholders to shape the roadmap, prioritise the highest-value opportunities, and ensure the delivery of data products and insights that support strategic decision-making and commercial growth.
