Performance and Intelligence Lead

You will work across the South and IRCs directorate which covers our prisons in the South of England and our Immigration Removal Centres at Gatwick, Heathrow and Derwentside. This role is home based, with travel to sites across the directorate as required. This is a senior analytical and performance management role within Health in Justice at Practice Plus Group, reporting to the Operations Director. The primary purpose of the role is to turn complex operational and performance data into meaningful insights that support decision-making, improve services, and drive operational excellence across prison healthcare services. Salary & Hours This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. You will receive an annual salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum. How will we support you?
