Performance Improvement Lead

In this role you will work closely with the Performance Manager, along with other members of the Performance Team and operational teams within the organisation. • Involvement in the development of proactive reporting functions to support business change.

To succeed in this position, the right applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage and influence others and ability to interpret highly complex data. They must be educated to graduate level or have equivalent experience in a middle management role. They should also have experience of day to day operational management, performance monitoring, service improvement and project delivery- supported by strong data analytical skills., Extensive NHS experience in an analytical or performance improvement role.
• Experience in managing or leading on multiple projects in an NHS or health related field of work.
• Experience of problem solving approaches and maintaining stakeholder relationships
