Job Description


Midland Heart is seeking an experienced Commercial & Performance Manager to drive improved performance across our Voids and Lettings service in the Birmingham area. The role requires strong commercial awareness, financial governance and the credibility to influence senior staff.


You will lead the framework that measures, monitors and improves service performance, delivering measurable outcomes for tenants. You will work with operational managers to provide insight, coordinate improvement plans.
