Performance Analyst

Join a Performance and Insights Team as a Performance Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in collecting and collating performance information to support informed decision-making and operational excellence across the business. This position is ideal for a systematic individual with a keen eye for detail and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Day-to-day of the role:

• Collect and collate performance data from various departments within the organisation.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports according to a strict monthly schedule to ensure timely availability for business stakeholder review.
• Work collaboratively with team members across the business to gather comments and action plans, and to document KPI definitions.
• Enhance the usability and impact of performance reporting by working towards its automation.
• Conduct routine data quality checks to maintain the integrity of KPI information.
• Support external and regulatory reporting requirements.
  
  Proven experience in performance reporting, ideally within the housing sector or a similar organisation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint and other Office 365 tools.
• Quick learner with a systematic approach to work.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across various departments.
• Ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format
