People & Visitor Experience Assistant

Due to internal promotion we are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our well established team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and managing the company's welcoming suite, creating a warm, professional experience for visitors and clients. This is a varied role working alongside Marketing and the Commercial team to arrange and attend events, and supporting our People & Culture team with recruitment and early career activities.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure that visitors have a warm Prima welcome and an exceptional hosting experience. It is key that everyone has a positive experience whilst visiting the company. You will also support reception duties, departmental administration and event support, organising meetings and set up for the Co-CEOs.
