Full Job Description
The People Team Apprentice is offered on a 2 year full time, fixed term basis. Working 37.5 hours per week, this will include your apprenticeship study time.
We have an exciting opportunity for 16 18 years olds to build a strong foundation in HR and develop the skills needed for a successful career in People Management. No experience is necessary just enthusiasm, a willingness and drive to learn, and a genuine interest in developing a career within HR and People practices. If you are motivated, curious, and ready to grow, this is your chance to gain valuable experience while making a real contribution in a supportive and dynamic team., As the People Team Apprentice, youll work towards your CIPD Level 3 qualification while gaining valuable, real-world experience. Youll play an active role in supporting across all the people team functions including HR, LED and Volunteering.
St Catherines Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey.
