People and Talent Administrator

The People and Talent (PAT) Shared Service Team have an exciting opportunity to join the team.

The PAT Administrator supports the smooth running of the People and Talent team, acting as a first point of contact for queries from colleagues and applicants. The role focuses on providing a professional, responsive service and building strong working relationships across the organisation.

You will provide day to day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and equality, diversity and inclusion activity. This includes coordinating recruitment campaigns, managing onboarding processes, and keeping systems and records accurate and up to date.

The role suits someone organised, reliable and comfortable handling confidential information, with a strong attention to detail. You'll need to manage competing priorities, work to deadlines, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality service across the team.
