every interaction is handled with care, professionalism and efficiency.Based in a hybrid working environment, you'll spend two days a week at our Haydock office, working closely with the wider People team in a collaborative and supportive setting.What you'll be doingAs a People Services Administrator, no two days are the same. You'll support the full colleague lifecycle and help deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for colleagues across the business.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining and updating employee records and People systems with a high level of accuracyResponding to colleague queries via phone and email in a professional and supportive mannerProcessing colleague lifecycle changes including new starters, leavers and contract amendmentsSupporting recruitment activity including interview coordination and candidate communicationCoordinating onboarding and induction processes to ensure a positive new starter experiencePreparing People documentation including

contracts, offer letters and employment-related correspondenceSupporting payroll and reward administration processes with accurate colleague dataIdentifying and correcting data quality issues to maintain reliable recordsSupporting colleague engagement initiatives and wider People team activitiesActing as a first point of contact for People systems and administration queriesMaintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policiesWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who enjoys supporting others, takes pride in delivering excellent service and thrives in a busy team environment.Essential experience and skills include:Previous experience working within a HR Shared Services or People Administration environmentA strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering a positive colleague experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh
