Full Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-focused People Services Advisor to join our People Services team on a Fixed Term Contract. This role exists to maintain a high-quality HR support service during a period of significant operational demand, increased regulatory workload, and large-scale organisational change. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, compliant delivery across our highest-risk processes helping us maintain excellent colleague experience across all HR touchpoints.,
- Resolve first-line HR queries via ServiceNow, email and phone to agreed SLAs.
- Manage more complex cases (e.g., maternity/paternity) with accuracy and care.
- Lead end-to-end processing of SARs: data gathering, identifying exemptions, and redaction in line with legislation.
- Support company car and EV processes, including eligibility and NMW checks.
- Handle employee loan requests and coordinate Occupational Health appointments.
- Support workplace adjustments, liaising with suppliers for assessments and equipment.
- Assist on the Travel Service Desk for complex senior leader bookings and invoice validation.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems and support business-critical change initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects, including future automation.
Experience in a high-volume HR or operational environment. - Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling confidential or sensitive data.
- Ability to stay calm and accurate under pressure while managing competing priorities.
- Proactive mindset with confidence to challenge, escalate early, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborative, flexible approach suited to an agile, matrixed team environment.
