We have two exciting opportunities available for experienced People (Employee) Relations professionals to join NICE as People Relations and Change Specialists. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive colleague experience by providing specialist advice, coaching and support on complex people relations matters and organisational change. Working autonomously, you will manage a varied employee relations caseload, including complex grievance, disciplinary and capability matters, while supporting managers through a range of organisational change activities, from restructures to wider workforce change programmes. As a trusted partner and advocate for positive change, you will help managers and teams navigate change effectively, sensitively and in line with NICE values. As part of the People Relations and Culture Team, you will provide expert advice on people relations matters, policies and terms and conditions, using your knowledge of employment law to support fair and consistent decision making. You will build strong relationships across the organisation to resolve issues, improve people practices and deliver positive outcomes, while helping to embed NICE's Just and Restorative Culture. If you are an experienced People Relations specialist looking to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you., As a People Relations and Change Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a high quality People Relations service that supports colleagues, managers and organisational priorities across NICE. Working as part of the People Relations and Culture Team, you will:

  • Manage a varied employee relations caseload end to end, including complex grievance, disciplinary, capability and other sensitive people matters.
  • Provide specialist advice, coaching and constructive challenge to managers, helping them make fair, consistent and legally compliant decisions.
  • Support organisational change activity, including restructures, redundancy processes and TUPE.
  • Contribute to the development, review and implementation of people policies, procedures, guidance and manager toolkits, ensuring alignment with employment law, best practice and NICE values.
  • Identify, assess and escalate people related risks, using data, insight and case trends to inform decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate case management records and prepare high quality documentation, reports and correspondence relating to people relations and change activity.
  • Champion NICE's Just and Restorative Culture, promoting early resolution, psychologically safe workplaces and positive colleague experiences.
