What you'll be doing As a People Partner, you will:

  • Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations casework, providing expert, pragmatic advice to managers
  • Partner with services to deliver transformational change and organisational restructures, from early planning through to consultation and implementation
  • Act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers to confidently lead their teams through complex people challenges
  • Contribute to people strategy, policy development, and wellbeing and improvement initiatives that support long-term organisational success and colleague support

    Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and organisational change?     South Cambridgeshire District Council is a four-day week employer. We expect our colleagues to get 100% of their work done, in around 85% of their contracted hours, for 100% of their pay. All Council staff will be able to opt-in to this way of working under a Productivity Policy.
