  • Facilitate workshops, listening sessions and engagement activities, using employee insights to drive measurable improvements in inclusion, wellbeing and workplace culture
  • Champion DE&I across the site, partnering with ERGs and central teams to deliver targeted programmes, analyse workforce data and ensure equitable development, progression and recognition

  • Support workforce planning and talent development, identifying skills gaps, coordinating development pathways and promoting internal mobility across manufacturing and leadership roles
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, safety standards and company policies, driving continuous improvement in HR processes through data led insights and collaboration with central HR teams
  • Build strong cross functional relationships across Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and central HR, ensuring aligned, effective and people centred delivery of all culture, DE&I and talent initiatives

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you'll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
  • Strong HR generalist background, ideally gained in manufacturing, industrial or operations focused environments
  • Proven experience in culture transformation and DE&I initiatives, with a genuine passion for inclusion and people experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills, able to build trust at all levels, lead workshops and work effectively through matrix teams
  • Solid understanding of employee relations, employment legislation and operational HR practices, with the ability to balance empathy and sound decision making
  • Data driven mindset, confident interpreting people metrics to guide actions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Resilient, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with strong listening skills and a collaborative, approachable style
  • Ideally experienced in unionised environments and familiarity with change management, organisational development or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen)
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application, as this role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.

This role is rewarding in more ways than one. On top of our core offering, you'll do extraordinary work with amazing people. In addition, you can expect a wide range of benefits:
