We are seeking a CIPD qualified People professional with experience in Learning & Development, Apprenticeships and Organisational Development to join our People Team covering maternity leave.
This is an exciting time to be working in Local Government supporting the Council through its transition to a new unitary authority in April 2028.
You will have Learning and Development experience, with particular expertise in apprenticeships and organisational development. You will be able to operate within a changing environment using your knowledge and experience to deliver effective people-focused solutions.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive, and able to build strong working relationships across our organisation. With your excellent communication and engagement skills, you will be confident managing multiple priorities and working independently while contributing positively as part of a supportive team.
