People and Organisation Development (OD) BusinessPartner

As a People & OD Business Partner, you will act as a trusted strategic adviser to senior leaders, providing oversight and driving delivery of workforce and OD priorities. You will: Provide strategic People & OD leadership to Clinical or Corporate Boards

• Lead workforce planning, organisational change and culture programmes
• Oversee complex employee relations issues and act as an escalation point
• Use workforce insight and data to inform decision-making and improve performance
• Shape and deliver People Plans aligned to Trust strategy
• You will work closely with specialist teams including People Operations, Investigation Hub, Digital and Culture teams, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service for managers and staff.

As part of this, we are recruiting to multiple People & OD Business Partner roles--a unique opportunity to join a newly created team at the heart of our transformation.
