Full Job Description
- We own and continuously improve the accuracy, integrity, and governance of colleague data and People systems.
- We produce regular reporting and dashboards on key metrics including headcount, attrition, absence, payroll, and reward.
- We analyse trends and translate data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- We act as the primary contact for HRIS and People system providers, ensuring effective performance and optimisation.
- We support reward, pay, and benefits activity including salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- We support the delivery of cyclical People processes such as annual pay review, bonus administration, and statutory reporting, including gender pay gap reporting.
- We provide guidance to managers and stakeholders on People data, systems, and operational processes. Technologies:

We are looking for strong experience working with HR or People data, reporting, and systems. - We need advanced Excel skills and confidence handling complex datasets.
