People Leader, Remote Patient Care

Lead and develop the Recruitment and Health & Wellbeing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, people-focused services across RPC. Drive initiatives that improve staff wellbeing, engagement, retention and workforce experience, supporting a positive and inclusive culture. Provide leadership and guidance on complex people matters, including attendance management, wellbeing concerns, employee relations issues and escalation handling. Lead workforce planning and recruitment activity to ensure services are appropriately staffed and recruitment processes are effective, timely and compliant. Work collaboratively with operational, HR and corporate colleagues to develop workforce solutions that support service delivery and organisational priorities. Use data, insight and quality improvement methodologies to monitor performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
