Full Job Description
As a People Data Analyst, you will collaborate with senior leaders to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. Your focus will be on building robust data reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that drive business performance. You will be the go-to expert for data reporting within your area of the business. You will be responsible for · Partnering with Directors and Managers: Work closely with senior leaders to deliver accurate and timely data reports that support strategic decision-making. · Data Accuracy and Integrity: Works with the Data Quality & Standards Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation processes. · Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive data reporting systems. Analyse data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. · Areas of Focus: Manages the end-to-end data journey of the relevant business area that you partner, resulting in accurate and consistent view of Workforce Data. · Change Management: Support the deployment of change projects by providing data insights that inform training and development initiatives. · Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to managers on data reporting tools and systems. · Partner with the Technology teams to transition from tactical to strategic reporting, ensuring a smooth handover of documented requirements. · Work in a cohesive way with the Operational Reporting Manager to ensure alignment and consistency with data across the group and areas of focus · Supporting in any product improvements relating to your area of focus, including being a key stakeholder in any future work relating to the technology roadmap · Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary
