(37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year)
41 days paid holiday per year (increasing to 46 days after 5 years)

This new role of People & Culture Manager is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to develop their career in a range of people management skills, including employee relations, pay and benefits, recruitment and employee wellbeing.
Reporting to the Assistant Principal People and Culture, the role blends day-to-day management and development of our People & Culture Team, while working closely with key stakeholders including Payroll, Finance, Quality, Workforce Development, local trade union representatives and supporting our wider college management team on a wide range of people issues.
Key requirements for the role include a strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to produce HR related data and KPIs. HR management experience, ideally within Further Education, is desirable.
