We have an opportunity for an Advisor, who is part qualified or currently working towards the Level 5 CIPD qualification, to join our friendly team that focusses on a wide range of areas including People and Culture issues and casework, staff experience, health and wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion., Whether you are starting out in your healthcare journey or are an experienced healthcare professional looking for a new challenge we've got a role for you!

If you have experience of providing HR advice on a range of People related issues coupled with an interest and enthusiasm for improving staff experience and health and wellbeing by supporting the delivery of a range of diverse projects, then this could be the role for you., You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, part qualified or working towards your CIPD qualification and be keen to develop your skills in this varied role., You may have experience of being involved or leading wellbeing initiatives but more important is your enthusiasm and creativity to improve the experience of staff within the workplace. You will review data, best practice and engage with staff and staff networks to listen to staff feedback to make recommendations on appropriate initiatives and take these forward. As a result, you will be an effective communicator with a wide variety of staff, both verbally via presentations and staff briefings or in writing using reports or newsletters
