Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex employee relations cases. Reporting to Rachael Robinson, you will play a key role in promoting positive people practices, supporting managers, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies, and procedures., Provide policy and procedure guidance to managers, ensuring compliance and reducing business risk.
- Support and guide managers through employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, investigation and hearing processes.
- Manage complex employee relations cases across the DEFRA contract.
- Support organisational change activities, including restructures and TUPE-related matters.
- Build strong working relationships with managers, providing proactive people advice and coaching.
- Collaborate with People & Culture Centres of Excellence and wider business stakeholders.
- Support union engagement activities where required.
