People Co-ordinator

Do you have great HR experience that will enable you to be a valuable People Co-ordinator supporting the People Team within our growing business?, Based from our Chorley office, this People Co-ordinator role will support our People Partners in the North West and South and Central divisions by providing pragmatic HR advice, supporting the entire recruitment process and building strong working relationships., The People Co-ordinator will provide HR services to the North West and South and Central divisions including but not limited to:

Recruitment and onboarding

Absence management

Supporting line managers with HR related and systems queries

General HR administration and projects

Liaising with and supporting L&D, payroll and occupational health teams

Minimum 2 years experience working in an HR administrative role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail

IT skills

Strong organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines

Positive and flexible, 'can-do' approach

Ability to maintain process, professionalism and confidentiality
