People Business Partner - Warehouse

The Role: As part of the People Partnering team, you will report directly into the Head of People Performance and partner with the Group Head of Logistics and the Warehouse leadership team. This role has the scope to make a huge impact on Warehouse performance as you will be partnering with stakeholders, delivering people solutions and managing change, aligned to business objectives and driving operational excellence.,

• Execute a people plan that meets the needs of the Warehouse and aligns to our overall People strategy
• Managing change, employee relations, supporting and upskilling managers, driving performance and talent management.
• Create people focused solutions and tools and ensure these are implemented and embedded effectively.
• Support and collaborate with a team of Business Partners and the wider People team
• Act as a visible advocate for our purpose and principles, creating an environment where our principles are demonstrated consistently.
  
  Diverse industry & HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in large and complex Warehouse environments
• Experience of working within a unionised setting
• Experience of working within a highly customer centric or retail environment
• Hands on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle including employee relations, talent management, organisational design, and engagement
• Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence
• Able to shape & lead design and delivery of initiatives/change projects
• Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
• Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
