Full Job Description
We're looking for a People Business Partner to support the business on a 2 year FTC as it transitions to an AI-enabled operating model. This role focuses on ensuring the organisation is structured, skilled and supported to deliver AI-led change effectively. You'll partner with senior leaders, specialist AI enablement teams and People centres of expertise to translate AI programmes into clear people outcomes - covering organisation design, workforce planning, learning and change management. Key Focus Areas
- Partnering with leaders on AI-driven transformation and operating model change
- Organisation design and role evolution aligned to automation and AI initiatives
- Workforce planning and capability mapping for future-ready teams
- Enabling learning and leadership capability to support AI adoption
