Full Job Description
As a People Business Partner, you'll play a key role in creating a high-performing, inclusive and values-led working environment.
You will:
Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing, inclusion and performance
Work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver people plans aligned with Golding's strategy
Contribute to people projects, policy development and data-led insights
Act as a trusted partner and critical friend to senior colleagues

CIPD-qualified level 5 or more (or equivalent) with experience in a senior advisory and business partnering roles
Skilled in managing complex employee relations and advising confidently at senior level
Knowledgeable in employment law, people policy and modern approaches to engagement and inclusion
A strong communicator, resilient, collaborative and comfortable handling competing priorities
Values-led, people-focused and motivated to help colleagues and culture thrive

What You'll Be Doing
Salary circa £50,000, depending on experience
