People Advisor

Notting Hill Prep School and The Acorn Nursery are seeking an experienced People Advisor to work across both sites, which are a very short walk from each other in Ladbroke Grove. Previous experience in the education sector is not necessary for this role - training on KCSIE and the relevant regulations will be provided.

The People Advisor will provide expert people advice and support across NHP and The Acorn Nursery, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.

The role will support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration for both sites, performance and absence management, employee development, and employee relations. Working closely with managers and employees, the People Advisor will ensure people matters are managed fairly, consistently, and in line with organisational policies and best practice.

This role will involve contact with, and responsibility for, children and will amount to 'regulated activity'.
