People Advisor

We're looking for a People Advisor to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Kettleby Foods. Supporting operational leaders across our Meals business, you'll play a key role in delivering proactive, people-focused HR support that drives engagement, performance and business success. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you'll help create a positive, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.,

• Employee relations case management, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Coaching and supporting managers on people management best practice.
• Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
• Supporting organisational change, consultation activity and colleague forums.
• Using people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, talent development and colleague engagement initiatives.

• CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards it).
• Experience providing advice and guidance to managers on people matters.
• Experience managing employee relations cases.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills.
• Experience working with HR systems and people data.
