Full Job Description
We're looking for a People Advisor to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Kettleby Foods. Supporting operational leaders across our Meals business, you'll play a key role in delivering proactive, people-focused HR support that drives engagement, performance and business success. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you'll help create a positive, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.,
- Employee relations case management, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
- Coaching and supporting managers on people management best practice.
- Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Supporting organisational change, consultation activity and colleague forums.
- Using people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, talent development and colleague engagement initiatives.

- Experience providing advice and guidance to managers on people matters.
- Experience managing employee relations cases.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills.
- Experience working with HR systems and people data.
