Pensions Programme Manager

Working with employers, trade unions, NHS organisations and the Department of Health and Social Care, you will help promote the value of the scheme and represent employer views at a national level.,

• Lead the secretariat function for the NHS Pension Scheme Advisory Board and Technical Advisory Group.
• Engage with employers, understand their views and represent them in national pension discussions.
• Develop guidance, resources and webinars to keep employers informed of pension developments.
• Contribute pension evidence to pay review bodies and responses to consultations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across employers, trade unions, NHS bodies and government.
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to support the delivery of our pension programme.
