West Wallasey is a national vehicle rental company employing over 300 staff and operating a fleet of c.20,000 vehicles. It operates from its Wirral based sites located in Wallasey.


The company is seeking an additional team members in the following roles:-


PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE ADMINISTRATOR


The company is looking for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to join the PCN Team.


Working in a thriving & busy environment, the successful candidate will manage all incoming PCNs, speeding fines, congestion charges, and parking violations across our vehicle fleet, ensuring timely processing, accurate record keeping, and effective communication with customers and local authorities.


The role demands excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.


The company is offering a highly competitive salary and pension for this in-house position.


A full induction programme and ongoing training will be offered to the successful candidate.
