Peer Review & Clinical Quality Analyst - Medical / Dental Staff - AM (129)

To support the hospital s Peer Review Committee and play a key role in facilitating information for the medical staffs responsibility to monitor the quality of care provided by the medical staff. To manage the Focused Practice Professional Evaluation (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) processes maintaining the OPPE electronic system facilitating For-Cause FPPEs and ensuring the compliance and timely completion of evaluations. To support the identification and data for specialty-specific OPPE metrics data analysis and action plan follow-ups.
Bachelor s degree in healthcare administration health information management nursing or a related field and three (3) years of experience in credentialing medical staff services healthcare quality or a related healthcare administration field required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) by the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) preferred.

Pay Range: $57940.00- $94150.00 / year
