We are now building on that progress through the Birmingham SEND Reforms - working as one Local Area Partnership across Education, Health and Social Care, alongside parent carers, children and young people. Do you have recent, successful experience of teaching children and young people with physical difficulties and/or complex medical needs? Are you committed to promoting inclusion and improving access to learning in mainstream schools and nursery settings? We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated qualified teacher to join Birmingham's Sensory and Physical Support Team.

The team works with families and education settings across Birmingham to raise achievement, promote inclusion and improve access to learning for children and young people with physical difficulties and/or medical needs. Applicants must hold qualified teacher status. The role involves working in schools and settings and travelling across Birmingham.
