Full Job Description
As a PCV Shunter (GSO), you will play an essential role in ensuring our fleet operates smoothly and efficiently, providing support to the engineering team. Key responsibilities include:
- Transferring buses between depots
- Assisting engineers with breakdowns and maintenance support
- Refuelling buses
- Charging electric buses
- Moving buses within the depot, including parking and reversing manoeuvres
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with client and internal Health & Safety standards
- Acting responsibly and professionally at all times, representing the Sasse Group in a courteous manner
- Working across different sites as required
- Carrying out additional site duties in line with the General Service Operative (GSO) role Essential Requirements
- Delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
- Full UK PCV (D category) driving licence.
- Full training and support will be provided by our team, no formal qualifications are needed
