Full Job Description
Kings Lynn PCN are looking for a PCN Development Manager on a full-time basis to work from their Kings Lynn Health Hub. This position is for a 12 month fixed term contract., The postholder will be responsible for driving the strategic development of the Primary Care Network and leading on transformational change, neighbourhood development, workforce integration, partnership working, service redesign and financial sustainability. They will be responsible for ensuring the PCN is well positioned to deliver excellent patient care and respond to evolving NHS priorities and neighbourhood health reforms.
Based in the new purpose-built Kings Lynn Health Hub, Kings Lynn Primary Care Network (PCN) serves a patient population of 71,500 patients residing across Kings Lynn and the surrounding area within West Norfolk.
