Sibelco Group in Talke is seeking an experienced payroll manager to oversee payroll functions across all company entities. This role will calculate labor changes, maintain payroll journal entries, and generate analytical reports for management.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and has prior payroll experience. Strong proficiency in English and local language skills are essential for effective communication with employees.
