Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the payroll function within ISS UK by processing day-to-day payroll administration data input and associated input control check activities for the Hub team for the hourly payroll., We are looking for a detail-oriented payroll professional who can process payroll data accurately, meet payroll deadlines, and provide support with employee and business queries as required. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and input starters, leavers and changes data into the payroll system via T&A for hourly employees.
• Validate and check payroll input data for accuracy.
• Input validation checks of all payroll input.
• Administer hourly timesheets and complete manual input where required.
• Input additional hours into the time system.
• Manage payroll input changes via the HRIS App feed.
• Input absence data for hourly employees.
• Ensure payroll input is filed securely for each payroll period.
  
  Demonstrable commitment to delivering professional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to supporting the team.
• Awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and team members.
