At IPN, we're seeking a Payroll and Reporting Manager to lead our payroll operations, colleague benefits administration, and people analytics reporting across the UK and Europe. This is a pivotal role within our People function, directly supporting the delivery of our Total Reward strategy. What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations in the UK and Europe, including outsourced provider relationships.
- Oversee timely and compliant submission of statutory deductions, including HMRC returns and pension contributions.
- Manage annual salary review, bonus and incentive programs, ensuring robust processes and controls.
- Champion data integrity and compliance within our HRIS/payroll systems, implementing regular audits and updates.
- Deliver high-quality people analytics, dashboards and reports to inform strategic HR decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimise payroll and reporting systems.
- Provide expert advice and training to People Partners and managers on reward and payroll matters.
- Ensure continuous improvement and automation of payroll and reporting processes.
Proven experience in managing payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR reporting in a multi-country setting. - Strong working knowledge of payroll legislation, employment law, GDPR and HMRC regulations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- CIPP or similar payroll qualification (preferred but not essential).
- A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
