Full Job Description
- Providing leadership and day to day management of the Payroll Reporting & Analytics Team
- Leading the delivery of all reporting, reconciliations and third party payments
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are being met
- Managing financial controls, and providing support to all audit activity
- Working collaboratively to identify issues and resolve problems
- Encouraging, supporting and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to drive standardisation, automation and efficiency of processes, as well as exploiting data through insightful analysis
Demonstrable reporting and analysis experience (within a Payroll environment preferred) - Ability to analyse, interpret and present data to a high standard
- Team leadership and people management experience
- Ability to engage, communicate, and influence at different levels both internally and externally. Desirable:
- Experience using ResourceLink (or similar payroll tools)
- Qualified accountant with a finance background
- Data analytics background

Salary: Circa £65,000 depending in experience, You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
