Payroll Manager
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join a growing organisation based in Salisbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, processing and operating the day-to-day payroll.
Responsibilities as a Payroll Manager:
- Processing payroll transactions (over 350 employees) Ensuring they meet HMRC requirements
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Processing all benefit in kind and expenses
- Supervise and coach the payroll administrator
- Coordinate timekeeping, HRIS and payroll systems
- Working closely with internal teams including HR And accounts
- Ensure quarterly establishment reviews are completed with stakeholders
- Oversee all changes including new hires, terminations, raises ect
- Proven Payroll Manager experience
- Payroll Qualification
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- In-depth and current knowledge, and strong understanding of benefits in kind
- Comprehensive payroll software / HRIS experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Happy for occasional travel to different depots
This position is working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with the option to work one day from home. Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
