If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, have some payroll knowledge and experience handling high query volumes, then we have the role for you! We are looking to recruit a Payroll Customer Relations Advisor to join our busy Payroll team, delivering transactional business administration functions across Finance & Purchasing, Payroll & Human Resources (HR). The Payroll Customer Relations Advisor will be responsible for the resolution of customer payroll queries through application payroll knowledge, to provide exemplary customer services support. This role is the first point of contact for both internal and external queries, which requires to provide a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to give clear, informative responses. - Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effectively liaising with customers and colleagues.
- Can work within dedicated timescales and remain calm under pressure of cyclical deadlines.
- Have a confident phone manner, which is imperative as you will be spending a lot of time speaking to customers to resolve various types of payroll related queries. Previous experience in a helpdesk setting or payroll transactional environment would be an advantage but if you are able to organise and prioritise a busy workload to ensure that customers are provided with a polite and professional response, then this will stand you in good stead.,
- Your ability to communicate effectively with a range of people by telephone, video call and in writing
- Your ability to use digital systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage information and complete work
- Your experience of managing a varied workload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- Your experience of providing customer service and explaining complex information clearly
