Full Job Description
- Payroll Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of a monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and UK employment laws.
- System Administration: Update relevant HR & Payroll systems with employee information to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Employee Support: Manage employee queries related to payroll & benefits within our ticketing system and assist to resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Benefits Administration: Provide administrative services for pensions and benefits, answering queries from internal and external contacts.
As our Payroll Administrator, you will need to have experience of working in an administrative capacity, as well as the confidence to answer queries effectively and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also be or have: - Be a good team player with the ability to support the wider team when required
- Able to prioritise and take initiative
- Have proven experience of working to tight deadlines
- Excellent customer services skills
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- The desire to learn and develop within Payroll & Benefits
