Payments Operations Relationship Manager / Analyst

Our client in the card payments sector is looking for an experienced Payments Operations Relationship Manager / Analyst to support participants across operational, compliance and network activity in the EMEA region. This is a broad role combining payments operations, stakeholder management, project coordination, reporting and participant support. What you'll be doing

• Supporting acquirers, issuers, processors and network partners with operational queries and complex payment issues
• Analysing end-to-end transaction flows including authorisations, clearing and disputes
• Supporting issuer and acquirer launches, certification activity and semi-annual release processes
• Coordinating settlement issue resolution, compliance activity, waivers, audits and BCP data reviews
• Working with business development teams to improve acceptance, issuance and authorisation approval rates
• Supporting key network initiatives including ProtectBuy / SCA coordination
• Leading Salesforce-related improvements to drive efficiency and reporting automation
• Producing EMEA reporting, presentations, forum packs and business review materials
• Coordinating meetings, tracking actions and supporting wider employee engagement activity
  
  Strong background in cards and payments
• Experience supporting issuers, acquirers, processors or scheme/network participants
• Knowledge of credit card authorisation and transaction processing
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with client presentations, meeting coordination and summarising solutions clearly
• Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
